The rack is secure and keeps bike in place . I am a 62 year old female and able to get bike on and off myself

One package came one day, was worried about other one not being there too. So e-mailed seller about it and they were right on it, said it would co me next day. And it did so no problem. Packed well, instructions could have been a bit clearer, but were able to figure out pretty well. Would definitely buy from seller again!
