They very kindly did this and eventually I ordered this as an alternative. Without a doubt they went above and beyond to help me. Whilst I didn't recieve the item, I do recommend this seller.

Arrived on time & the driver was very friendly & helpful & they were well packaged. The tiles are a very good quality, they are very strong & well made & are easy to use. They really do need to be laid on a flat surface as possible. Very happy with our purchase.
