Seller (without my knowledge and violating E-bay policy) instead shipped via UPS Surepost...a cheaper n slower form of shipping resulting in my item taking 7 days to be delivered (once in the carrier's hands) instead of 3 days max with USPS priority shipping. The phone call I just had with E-Bay confirms a seller "can" change shipping method ONLY if the buyer agrees to a change. I didn't need the shirt fast rather I need you to honor you listing as advertised.
