It is very easy to access and disconnect the power supply board for shipment to Aaron for repair. In 10 days, it was back, tested & repaired. TV is up and running again PERFECTLY! Communication was great as was the response time. Aaron got it repaired and back in the mail within a day of when it showed up at his place. TV works great now with the repaired power board. Would highly recommend this service to others

Seller helped with the technical end, when the part didn't work. Turned out to be a previous part I replaced. Putting the original back in combined with the board I got from here finally got it going. Would definitely buy again.
