Although I was disappointed I fully understood the reasoning. Seller was very courteous, very apologetic and my refund was in my account very quickly. Just a pity cant deliver to northern Ireland but thats due to the size of packaging nothing else. Also I have to say the sellers prices are super reasonable and I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

I contacted the seller who sent a replacement out straight away, very efficient service. Items are good quality and look good at a reasonable price. I can see why my first order was damaged, although there was a good amount of packaging, the box needed some extra tape on the preformed base (assume first order fell out through this in transit).
