I returned for a refund which they say they have done but I haven't received it after 2 + weeks. Will not answer my messages, terrible customer service and I feel very mislead. I've just purchased a pack of 5 genuine parker cartridges in original packaging from Amazon for £2.94Geniune Parker Quink Ink Fountain Pen Cartridges Black or Blue Refills (N° 291250431555)
