Seller said he wanted to refund it partially but did not do this. He used the excuse that if a case is open he would not be able to refund. But ebay confirmed that it would have been possible and advised to not close the case before the refund. Ebay opened a case which would have involved the sending back of the article, which I could not do because I had to travel and agreed to be partially
