I tried to contact the seller he was very slow to even respond. I opened a case for not receiving the gear. I asked for a refund because I reordered the gear from another seller. He still sends the gear with the tracking outside of ebay. Because I already opened a claim for not receiving it at all with a different tracking number, I can't return the part for a refund. My customer's mad cause their trimmer is not repaired yet!
