I tried to click “return item” to expedite a refund during time when “item not received” button unavailable, then was told to pay $5.50 to get refund for item I don’t have. So I closed the return and now cannot take any action besides sending messages to seller asking for refund and calling eBay. Seller offered to reship, then never reshipped and stopped responding to messages. I am formally complaining to eBay staff and my banking institution.

Happened upon this photo and stopped immediately. It appeared to be perfect ! Arrived on schedule, WELL-wrapped and packaged. Imagine my 'happy dance' when I saw how beautiful, in person, the shades of purple actually are, and brand new. This is going to be a hit without question when it is given and opened. Contacted seller who replied that I should just return it when it does arrive. Rechecked days later and still no tracking update other than number created. Best to shop elsewhere .
