I filed a return item request under defective item & I was issued with a refund. Dvd is not as described in the listing as 'very good' in this case.

The only minor gripe was that the seller advertised buy 3 books get one free, but at the check out it wouldn't give me the offer until I purchased 4 books then I got a free one. I have used this seller on many occasions & will continue to do so, as they have always provided very good items at a very reasonable price with good service
