Very happy, 10/10 :) Oliver Boots in my opinion stand up to the daily grind of my job, very comforable and can be worn for long periods of time without getting sore feet. Oliver are a well made boot.

Auspost lost my parcel and when I contacted The Boot Warehouse they got me sorted with my item at my door in under 24hrs. Top quality boots at the best price anywhere. I don't even bother looking at other seller options now, I've bought several pairs from these guys over the years and I have been reliably happy each and every time. Contacted, they quickly replied, apologised, sent correct size and a free mail coupon to return incorrect items. So while there was a small issue, the way it was handled means they are a company I would prefer to deal with.

I recently found the same Mongrel work boots very slightly cheaper on another Australian site and placed an order . Weeks passed and no boots. Out of stock , supply issues etc. Eventually lost patience and asked for a refund and immediately reordered from TBW. Arrived 2 days later. Learnt my lesson . Excellent
