Puts tracking information on eBay that is not the correct tracking information for your delivery it will then go to another courier service. Trying to return the item is a nightmare altogether will give you pictures of a returns label that no shops will accept and quality of items are poor and nothing like the pictures. The packing is terrible also would not recommend. Had to get EBay involved to sort the refund
