But the seller was incredibly and refunded me some of the cost to put towards a new globe. Communication was excellent and my questions and concerns were addressed very quickly. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Robin! Other than the crack, the item was in excellent condition and I cannot wait to get it into service. Very satisfied with this seller. I highly recommend this seller
