Now, the reason I am giving a positive + experience is because communication was very open with the store and they even offered me 50% refund because of the mistake. Thank you!.

I found the quality of the watch far exceeds the price. I needed a little extra help with an issue and was rewarded with excellent customer service. Also, the shipping was fast, the item was packaged well for shipping, and I am pleased that the seller responded to my offer.
