It was as described used, but I have to say I could not find one speck of lint, dirt, dust, pet hair, the wheels looked as though they had never seen track with the sheen of all of them, nothing that says it was not new except it was missing the box. This was an excellent value in the total costs to include shipping. I will place this seller on my saved listing!!. Recommend Seller

Visually, it seemed clear that the problem originated with the manufacturer, so the seller could not have known. Regardless, this seller responded immediately when messaged and refunded price and shipping before I could even make such a request. 100% approval means 100% for DashingDan!
