    The crossbow arrived in great shape and was packaged well. The cocker and decocker were not in the shipment when it arrived. I made a phone call explaining that parts were missing. About 5 days later the missing parts arrived at my home. The seller did a great job of keeping me informed. Very positive experience. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

    I wasn't sure what I would get in making this large purchase. It said it was demo. Very apprehensive. Communication on questions was excellent. Shipping was fast. Bow was everything I was looking for and as described. Was packaged very good. Great experience.
