    I have always said that when doing business, it is not if there is a problem but what do they do about it! The item was shipped promptly, and shipping cost was fair. The issue was the item was described as open box and it was not working properly. I am pretty handy so after a lot of time and effort I resolved it myself. I think the item may have been sitting around for a while. Seller made every effort to make it right. Excellent communication. He adjusted the price and apologized. Great Seller!
