They were quick to respond and gave me discounts on everything. One of the battle maps they threw in for free. The maps are all complete and look brand new. The packaging was solid. They combined the shipping for me. Shipping time was lightning fast. I'm so happy with this purchase and can't recommend these guys enough. The shipping cost was reasonable and the item was package in such a way to prevent damage during shipping. The item as I stated earlier was as described by the seller and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this seller in the future.

He made an honest mistake, owned up to it made it right, kept a sale, got a happy customer, and made a few dollars and I got an item that i WILL bring back to life for a honest price!
