      This pump was in good shape as shown in the pictures, and the seller and ensured it would stay that way through shipping, by packaging it VERY well (2 layers of bubble wrap and packing around that) in a strong box. I rated shipping costs at a 4/5 because ALL shipping is ridiculously expensive nowadays, BUT THATS NOT THE SELLER FAULT. I will buy from this seller again.

      The only reason I post Positive feedback because of Liz who is an excellent Customer Support she was able to solve the problem and to issue me a full refund including shipping. 1) Item was not as described . 2) shipping cost was way overpriced. 3)seller does not answer most of the messages . 4) item was not shipped on time . 5) this problem took over a month from the purchase date until I received the refund.

      I received the item in great packaging. The seller was very prompt in answering all of my questions. The item was as described and was a good value for the price. Unfortunately the item did not fit my needs and the seller graciously refunded my purchase price and shipping. I will 100% consider this seller again for future purchases.
