Unfortunately, they are so incompetent, that they re-listed ALL our returned units back on Ebay without even removing our techs labels from the back of the units so now it's for the world to see, how dishonest they are.

I feel I got very good value for the price I paid. I made a mistake when ordering. I did not change the ship to address before placing my order. I contacted the seller and they quickly replied, assuring me that they would send my purchase to the address I requested. That's quality service in my view!

The packaging was secure and the unit appeared as described. It was only missing one component that wasn't mentioned and it was dirty on the interior. The unit works and for the price, it was worth it to purchase from this particular seller. This was my first eBay purchase and I feel comfortable ordering another item in the future.
