Arrived dirty; a simple wipe clean would have been appreciated. Packaging was so-so; could have wrapped in sturdier materials but arrived unscathed. Seller didn’t respond to question about operation (it’s an older item I was replacing) but I went ahead with purchase.

It was a well packaged and got here earlier than expected. It was an item that was not overpriced, nor was the shipping overpriced. I am very happy with the whole experience and I will use the shipper again.

The grill was in great shape, except for a piece of plastic that had broken off during shipping, but it will not impede the use of the grill. Super Glue should fix that right up! The seller did an awesome job packaging the grill, which begs me to wonder how it got broken (probably mishandled by USPS!!). The price and conmmunicaton with the seller were top notch! A-1 seller!
