Caroline was patient, helpful and responsive~she answered all my questions, gave great advice. The drapery panels arrived yesterday-they are spectacular. Exceeded my expectations. The package was waterproofed, which I found so thoughtful and professional. The panels are beautifully sewn, they were wrinkle free and ready to hang. I highly recommend this terrific seller/workshop.

First round came out exactly as promised- I just didn't pick up on the description of a few details. Totally my fault. They took them back, and re-pleated so they were exactly what I was hoping for.
