They allowed me to switch the wooden shaft for a carbon one and gave me a fair price for it. They also shipped out my cue the same day that I ordered and it was at my door two days after that. They packaged it extremely well in the free hard case to where it couldn't move or jiggle around at all. I was very leery of ordering such an expensive cue from Ebay but no more! Would use them again 1000%!

The shipping was fast, next day, and I had it three days later. Shipping was very fast and I will be using this seller exclusively for all of my billiards needs. I wish every company were as helpful as they have been. Very nice to deal with and they have most of everything. The packaging was spot on and packaged great.
