I had a tiny issue that I could not figure out a workaround for and with 2 (super fast) emails they totally solved it for me! They were right there with real help after the sale. It came in two days was packed very well to protect the PC and was in the condition exactly as described if not better. You can't even tell it's ever been used. Working perfectly. May purchase another in the future and would definitely buy from this seller again.
