      Seller attempted to send item twice, both times item was returned to sender. I have a pre 911 address which AI recognizes as a PO Box (it is not) but online orders can be problematic. Best-Buyz did everything reasonable and possible to get the item to me. Final resolution was a full refund of the purchase price. Communication was excellent through the entire transaction.
