    I received the email asking for feedback but I had not received the items I ordered. I contacted the seller with my information. The response was very quick and very positive. Within a few hours, I received an email from the seller, informing me that another shipment had been prepared. It was taken to the Post Office and was verified as shipped. I received the items today in excellent condition. I am very pleased with my experience with this seller.

    Very well packed but still one (out of 10) bulbs broke. 10% was easily refunded by seller. after seller was notified through eBay. (only price plus tax refunded - shipping remained the same) Ordered Thursday May 8, 2025, and arrived Friday May 16, 2025 California - New York City.

    Buyer has now also been provided w/ 10% of shipping price ($0.50) or fifty cents. He asked only for $1.50 refund initially. I should probably have given him the 10% of shipping initiially even though he diod not ask fo it as that is how we usually treat all partial refunds! My bad...
