I was berated, called a "scammer" and endured a ridiculous diatribe of insults. Do not consider purchasing from this seller unless you want your time wasted and a headache!! The very first picture that was on our listing was of the exact health percentage (80%). The reality is this buyer didn't read the description nor look at the pictures and tried to work the system to return the product back. If he was just honest about it I would have accepted his return. I ended up accepting anyways
