    After I received my order delivery, I opened up the boxes and the mufflers appeared used and were very discolored inside and out. They were not in brand new condition as advertised. Sent pics to seller and they agreed but spent more time blaming the manufacturer instead of trying to make it right with the customer. Not very good customer service and a poor representation of the product they sell. So had to request refund and send them back but lost confidence in buying anything else.

    Ordered a catalytic convertor, order address got changed from Seller and now my product was delivered to wrong address and no contact from Seller. Lost over $1150. Not impressed at all with this Seller and never buy from them. Stole my money!

You explained to me what was going on and I'm still to recieve my product. Having said this, I am giving you a 5 star for your understanding, patience and excellent customer support.
