This was due to an error by the courier company. I was very worried when the tracking showed that it arrived in a wrong country, but when I contacted them they got me back quickly, which reassured me. Luckily the item has arrived today! I love the coat, and it was as described. I'm glad I was able to get it before the cold season is over. Thank you very much!
