Seller won't respond to messages until I open a request with Ebay. Seller refunded one card in this order, but not the other. Made 2 orders with this seller, each for 2 cards. 4 cards total. They have refunded 1 card in each order, but not the other card. They refuse to refund any further and are now claiming to be shipping the remaining cards. I am extremely upset with this seller
