Great communication. Shipping was very quick and the floor tom was extremely well packaged. The drum is exactly as described and arrived in perfect shape. And the price was very good. This is the kind of seller you want to buy from!

The only downside was the hardware that was temporarily installed into the brackets broke due to cross threading. The seller also reported that they inspected their stock and had the same issue.
