The bag was well protected in the packaging with a layer of tissue paper and a thick layer of bubble wrap over it. Fantastic experience with this seller 💗

Despite making promised to expedite shipment on the 16 when they were back in office it was sent via slow regular post instead of UPS OR FEDEX OR DHL though they charge for shipping. It was sent through tracked, insured air mail, with status updates. We never claimed to ship through UPS etc. and do not offer this option. Unfortunately we cannot influence delays from postal service providers and local delays. We'll continue to be responsive for further assistance.
