      Arrived within timeframe given by seller. Packaging was fine. Appears to be the authentic item. Seller was available and responsive when I needed help locating the item. Probably got tossed around in the mail but once I steamed it, it was absolutely perfect!!! Would buy from seller again.

      The item arrived as described. There was an issue with the shipping (I place the blame on USPS), though the item was shipped out promptly.
