The seller didn't fully complete the delivery address (of a forwarding agency) causing problems with the delivery and incorrect tracking details. The seller was furious with me because I didn't know the location of the parcel which USPS tracking showed had been delivered to the wrong address. The seller then told me they had raised a formal complaint about me with eBay, which was bizarre but also distressing.

I contacted the seller four times and asked when I could expect to receive them. After three weeks without a response or boots being shipped, I filed a claim with ebay and almost a month after purchasing the boots ebay refunded me my purchase price.
