I must confess I have been a little annoyed at the very high price of the item, extremely expensive – although that could be due to this being an exceedingly rare comic book. With all of that said and out of the way, I also ought to commend the seller for excellent packaging and thorough protection, super fast shipping, and the book in nigh mint condition! I'm clearing out my collection (of various items to slim down my basement!) and try to start the price at or less than comparable similar items. Alas, you are correct... it's the rarity of the comic. I've sold others for as little as $2 or $3... and even some of them don't sell... and others for over $200.
