When I first ordered the pendant the seller was unable to locate it and refunded my money. They said they would contact me if they located it but from similar experiences with other sellers, I wasn’t expecting that to actually happen. Then a couple of weeks later they did contact me and I was able to make the purchase. The item shipped very fast and was exactly as shown and described.

Packaged well, arrived in pristine condition & within shipping estimate. Will take a long time to view this massive box set, so I can't comment on disc quality, but item shrink-wrap was completely intact, so if any viewing problems show up, they will be manufacturer's, not any fault of seller. Very pleased, thank you!
