However, one thing I think they really need to improve is communication with buyers. I sent messages but never received any replies, which at times made me worried and even consider canceling the order. Fortunately, after waiting another 3–4 days, the tracking was updated and the item was delivered, which put my mind at ease.

Packaging could have been better but was ok; no box and just one layer of bubble wrap on the outside of the case and one layer on the horn inside, but since it came in a hard case anyway there was no damage. The shipping was very fast considering it was from over seas, the packaging was a bit flimsy. For how good the horn plays it was very much worth the money.
