I have no control on item after FedEx takes it and the FACT FedEx paid the claim and admitting to being responsible for damage, proves my point. I assisted buyer at every step in the claim process, even providing pictures of the packaging. Over 1100 positive feedbacks prove my ethics and attention to detail.
