Seller was helpful, friendly and efficient and responded speedily to my queries before, during, and after the purchase. Item was received today in fantastic condition including original packaging and instruction manual from 1985. Would wholeheartedly recommend this seller without hesitation., and would definitely buy from them again.

I m mindful that pieces were not included in the set and this was clearly shown on the description and I was aware that I was only purchasing the straighter. The set was delivered with care and packaged well. Some pieces were replaced but again this is stated on the seller s description. We also state if we have genuinely missed some parts then we will send replacements but we were not given a chance to do this. All our preloved used sets are hand-checked & mistakes do happen sometimes but we resolve them. Based on this I think the neutral feedback is unjustified.
