Only small gripe would be it was in a box that was to big for it and looks like the shipping company had it at the bottom of a pile and half the box was squished (didn't harm the product just held my breath while opening it lol). He responded to multiple messages, and since getting it installed, I verified that the bearings were smooth compared to the old differential using a mechanic's stethoscope.
