I'm sure the seller is not an expert on this item and was not trying to be deceptive. A $180 item for $50 as open box item was a great deal for me. I did NOT try to contact the seller about any missing items. Once again, GREAT SELLER.

Well, when it got to me the phone wouldn’t turn on and I’m sure the seller didn’t know that. The battery must’ve died out due to it not being used for a minute. I contacted the seller and they said they would give me a full refund and to not even return the item. Got my refund 2 business days later!
