Could have been wrapped a little looser. Packaging included stir-form popcorn. Not my favorite. Overall item acceptable, price good, shipping quick, packaging good yet difficult. Took it out of package and serical number matched the box confirming it was the original. Great price for the battery also. The shipping was quick and reliable being shipped though USPS. I had to return it because it was DOA and wouldn't charge on either of my chargers.
