Such a great value and price for such a lovely piece of historical art. The shipper is great with communication also, as I really never waited for a response with any questions that I had. Unfortunately the post office was pretty heavy handed in shipping and the pan was broken. I notified the seller. They were amazing about asking for pictures of the dish, the box etc. The refund was issued immediately. I felt terrible for both of us! Hated that it happened but the seller was so good about it. Will definitely consider purchasing from them in the future.
