As to the seller, well all I can say is that they are one of the reasons I use e-bay, very polite and speedy reply when I sent a message about the item. Had a little delay in delivery but this was nothing to do with the seller or lead time from despatch. The original order was lost by EVRI, however the seller immediately organised a replacement battery, which arrived very well packed on Monday 19th May 25.
