    PERFECT! Five stars all the way. The top arrived in perfect condition, just as described, packed with care, and quick ship in a beautiful flowery strong poly bag.     Item was just as described but not happy with shipping time. I bought similar items on ebay the same day and they were delivered within 4-5 days. It took 12 days for this one to be delivered. No explanation was given that it would be arriving late. Item was paid for on the 16th and delivered on the 28th. It appears the shipping label wasn't made until the 20th and the item given to USPS on the 22nd. 6 day delay by seller.

    In my lisiting I do a 5 business day handling time as this was sold on a Thursday that meant I had till the following Wednesday to ship the item but actually Thursday due to the Monday after being a Holiday however the item was at the post office on Tuesday and from that point is out of my control. So there was no delay in shipping the item on my end.
