The only thing I have to say is, I was looking for care information: in the box, or on the box -there was nothing. I had to do a research online to find out. When using these pans the temperature needs to be adjusted 25° lower for recipes and cooked longer. And there was important information about never putting a hot glass pan on to a cold surface-example tile, stone, marble, etc. I would imagine especially a glass cooktop. That would be a mess
