It came brand new in the manufacturer's packaging with all the information and instructions. The package was shipped immediately and I received it much sooner than expected. The seller also followed up to make sure that I received the item. I would most definitely buy from this seller again. I wanted to do this review much sooner, but I am from a generation that is technically illiterate and it took a while for me to figure this out! lol
