The item was shipped promptly, and shipping cost was fair. The issue was the item was described as open box and it was not working properly. I am pretty handy so after a lot of time and effort I resolved it myself. I think the item may have been sitting around for a while. Seller made every effort to make it right. Excellent communication. He adjusted the price and apologized. Great Seller!
