There were issues with batteries on 2 of the machines, but the seller sent out new batteries straight away. Seller communicated with me really quickly as well so the issues were quickly sorted out. All of the laptops were packaged well and arrived quickly and were exactly as described. All in all, we are very happy and would definitely recommend this seller.
