Packaging for shipment was fine and the shipping time frame was okay. There was some communication thru the tracking app that there was an error on the shipment, but it did arrive within the specified period of time, so not sure where or why that came thru. Overall, very HAPPY indeed with the bag and working with the seller.

The local PO is only open for one hour on Saturday, they are not fully staffed on weekends, and if we can't get there during business hours, we drop it in the bin. The local PO is a bit slow with scanning labels. If dropped off on Saturday, it won't show up until Monday. Either way, 99.9% of the time we print and ship same day, or next business day.
